That unmolten cheese is giving me the creeps.

No veggies ?

It was soft enough, but I didn't melt it all over the burger patty.

Used tomato and onions(fried them a teeny bit), but no other vegetables.

Burger Mayo, ketchup and cheeze for the rest.

Don't like too many veggies in a burger.

I need some cooking utensil advice guys since I'm going to be doing quite a bit of cooking in the coming weeks as Mom is recovering from COVID and I'm managing everything at home...

The need is for a Kadhai in which I can cook around 6-7 pieces of Chicken along with 2 potatoes (cut into 4 pieces) with quite a bit of gravy. I need the Kadhai to have enough space to be able to stir and maneuver the chicken and potato pieces around as as well hold the gravy.

I read that non-stick Kadhai's are not good to cook in because the non-stick surface starts to degrade over time and is Cancerous. Is this true? Should I avoid them?

If so, should I buy Stainless Steel Kadhai from companies like Vinod, Stahl or a Casserole from Bergner? Some input and advice here will be really appreciated.

I was thinking about getting this one:

Vinod Stainless Steel Platinum Extra Deep Kadai, 26cm, 4.1 Liter, Silver

looking tasty.....recipe please.

Very basic as noodles is.

Only difference from noodles is that very less oil  (just enough for chicken) and no sauce and more veggies.

Stir frying chicken with salt, black pepper and garlic and spring onion

and when it releases water, add whatever veggies you like, cover for a bit and add boiled noodles.

I used cauliflower, 3 capsicum, 1 carrot and 200 grams cabbage and 1/3 rd packet (50 grams) noodles.

Dominos question for magherita with added cheese (150 rs) vs double magherita (185 rs).

Does crust gets better as you go to next level ?

Because I always wonder if you order a basic magherita (only cheese pizza) and just keep on adding toppings of the expensive pizzas, they turn out cheaper than the expensive ones ?

I never have eaten the expensive ones so don't know.

An example : 275 for a cheese pizza with topping added : pepper bbq chicken.

But a pepper barbeque chicken pizza costs : 335.

And it's also not for me, just really wondering when I order for someone else.

Dont know about crust but the thing about pizzas if you want to get max surface area :: price ratio always order the biggest one

Yes, already did calculate the surface area with the formula and large gives more.

although regular makes sense now because of the 100rs discount coupon going on.

But really wondering whether to order basic medium cheese  pizza with barbeque chicken as topping of 275 rs (200 plus 75)

Or  medium barbeque chicken pizza : 335 rs.

Would be really dumb if both pizzas are same.

I think these toppings are more like "Add-ons", so I don't think you will get the same amount of bbq chicken over a basic medium pizza as compared to just a bbq chicken pizza.

But go ahead, try it out. Maybe, you have found a loop hole.
