@Bird Bird Bird Done with SO Cold brew assortment pack. It's good but the flavour was a bit underwhelming for me.

Which cold brew to try next?

There's Beanly, Bolt, Rage, Blue Tokai, Kohoma, Keto, Teddy, Dope, Third Wave, Bonhomia etc.

Tons to try from.

KC is great, but not shipping outside Mumbai.

Also, I think it'll be better if you add flavored syrups as per your taste in the brew, instead of using a pre flavored brew.

But trying out pre-flavoured coffees from roasters that actually know how to balance it out is not a bad idea. Gives you a great reference too.

For me it's KC ~= Starbucks > Flying squirrel > Blue Tokai > sleepy owl =~ dope

Yeah, it's just coffee. But since the bags are bigger, you've to make bigger volume at one go.

Cant i keep rest of it separately  and keep the rest in fridge ?

I actually like store bought dahi more :P

Have found home dahi to be sour and too watery texture. Maybe mom makes it wrong idk.

She is either adding too much starter/leaving it for too long in the warm environment.

Can be easily experimented and fixed.

Push ups and your leg workout (afaik) aren't enough to offset this amount of intake.

It will suddenly hit you and start showing up on your love handles and lower abdomen, might end up in a situation like your brother.

You need to keep a check on calories burnt and consumed.

Weighed today and lost 3-3.5 kilos in two months of no gym, (73 to 69.5)

although wasn't the goal and was surprising.

Lost lower belly fat as well which is not bad.

With the same diet you were taking back then?

Can't be sure as don't track.

But lots of red meat and multiple heavy meals whenever possible.

No intentional change in diet for sure.

Either you are taking in a lot of protein or your workout has increased. But anyway, if you wanted to lose weight and fat and you did then great job.
