GunnerY2J
Liking this more than I thought. No sauce and veggies cooked in the water released from the chicken brings more flavour.Added mushrooms as well, will add peas as well when the season starts.Very basic, easy and quick.Might eat it twice a week now.Sent from my ASUS_X01BDA using Tapatalk

Animus
This week We were craving for Sev Puri and Dahi Wada, so my wife finally made it. This was made only for me - Brown Rice Prawns Pulao + steamed veggies + Vinegar salad. The colour is bit dark due to addition of Spirulina + Prawns went missing somewhere . Others had the usual White Rice Prawns Pulao Also, Fish Meat (Halwa) soup. Was refreshing to have the fish meat soup after a long time. This was made by me - Chicken and veggies sandwich Almost a kg of chicken batter Veggies includes - Tomato + cucumber + Avacado And the final product This is my next day creativity for the breakfast from the leftover bread

I would have bought 5kg if I were you Yes, regular price I think was 220. Boneless thigh chicken was also 200/kg as opposed to regular 350, this was more worth it and got 1/2 kg as well. Was suspecting won't be fresh or maybe was about to go bad. It was of a wholesaler who sells fresh and frozen as well, I mean daily a van arrives with already cut chicken which he keeps in ice. All restaurants buy this kind only and it tastes different to fresh, like big basket chicken is the same but at 60rs had to buy. Had this bengali guy at work, who used to crib about non-veg being very expensive in Blore compared to Calcutta Then he was happy that he has found a place where it is super duper cheap, like 40 rs plate Biryani. And then I told him about bust happened at this place in bangalore, right in the middle of Koramangala and they found dog carcasses. He almost wet his pants..... Point is livestock is expensive, Chefs/cooks cost a lot....so if it is too good to be true....well.
