Breakfast is said to be the most important meal of the day.

Having said that I'm also guilty of most of the time not taking it seriously and just eating jo mil jaye or skipping and being lazy.

The hard part is planning and getting the ingredients before.

Need to make it a daily habit.

All these cereal companies are making fool of everybody since decades. It is good if you know that you are eating something for taste only and not for a healthy breakfast. Although, I heard there are some oats based cereals, never found them in Indian markets.

Thankfully, I never cereals for breakfast but my nephews do. It is convenient for parents because it hardly requires any effort.

It is though. The only negative thing in video about breakfast is that it doesn't necessarily reduce weight. That's it. No other points that negates why it isn't important.

Tons of oat based products on the market now.

Try Yogabar's Super Oats, Nuts and Seeds. No sugar. Healthy.

Nah, I am good with putting rolled oats with milk and a bit of whey/coco powder (no suger one) and then blend so much that oats should be completely mixed with milk. Tastes much better. Can't stand chewing oats.
