Most people have upgraded to an SSD now, you will hardly find anyone without an SSD, atleast the basic WD green ones which the OS is installed on.I can't imagine your boot times with the HDD [emoji14]The consurning point is 1060 being minimum. That card is by far the top leader in steam survey. As of June 12% of the people own 1060. The top 10 cards are similar ball park range cards. That's a roughly 44% of total users are on minimum spec.
