This will be a flpp. 6/10 type game

It's a slow burn old-school horror style game which is all about the atmosphere. The fact that the devs are taking a crack at this style of game is really cool and creative. It's definitely not another b@lls to the wall action horror like RE. Don't judge a fish by it's ability to climb a tree

Its on GP. No harm in trying. And it looks good. Diablo is also isometric.

Looks quite detailed. Gamepass is very good in the sense it provides an opportunity to try new types of games which not mainstream AAA ones

My excitement died as soon as I saw that "fixed camera". Not a fan of that.

How else can you play two games running at same time? There is no other option if you want two worlds to run simultaneously.

If Titanfall 2 did it in old gen. It is certainly possible on next gen to do the same without fixed cameras

But can't complain if that is the game direction they went by

Titanfall 2 had two games running in split screen and controlled by same controller and had free camera in both worlds? How was the camera controlled then? I have completely forgotten about it.

I meant two worlds streamed at same time in first person, where we can switch back and forth as required.

But as i said, if the game direction itself expects fixed camera + constantly seeing both worlds, then hope the gameplay justifies it by some clever gameplay elements.

What does split screen / dual world have to do with fixed camera? Don't see the relation. You could have a normal 3rd person camera and nothing would change right?

I think its just easier to render two worlds with fixed camera. You only have to load certain assets and not the entire room.

Basically you won't be able to control two worlds independently if there is free camera. If you move right stick, both world's camera will move. Here, with fixed camera, you can move both characters independently. Pretty sure both world characters will be controlled by different sticks. It's like that Brothers game, just that here there are two worlds.

If we can switch between two worlds then normal camera makes sense, but if both worlds need to be controlled simultaneously then it has to be fixed camera.
