Like CC said above, a clear example I can think of is that if Horizon 2 was next-gen only, maybe players would be able to fly around the map on a Glinthawk or whatever, but since it's cross-gen, it's possible that the feature might be completely scrapped so that there's parity between the PS4 and PS5 versions. Again, just an example, but you get the point. Jim Ryan should've just shut up and not commented on generations and whatnot back when Spencer had spoke about it.
