I ordered a PS4 during lockdown, in was in stock n money got deducted and everything but on the day of delivery the local outlet called me up and said "sir shop aa kar dekh lo, koi stock nahin hai" . There were so many warnings issued by fellow forum members against RD that I just stayed away from it. However, having said that, it’s really shameful what RD did. They had no excuse this time as they had already experienced this issue before with Xbox and thus should have rectified the issue, and also this time there were clear instructions fromSony to all retailers on the exact amount of units they would have.What’s worse is, they are just randomly cancelling orders (or atleast that’s what we can make out of it.
