The problem is , there is a small seal at the bottom of the box , and that looks like it might have been tampered with. Now i dont want to open the main seal at all. I escalated this same issue to amazon customer service in case of any mischief being played. So its quite a shady scene overall. Either full refund or nothing.So, in US, we have Walmart giving free upgrade to DE owners and in India, we have Amazon, delivering a 40k product to someone that ordered a 50k product. Also, all these stories of people receiving fake discs. Go for full refund no point wasting time with support staff Ya i tried it , one customer support guy asked for images of the product and of the MRP tag , put me on hold for 2 mins but ultimately he came back and said that he cant do anything. (It starts with B and is 10 characters long) Check if they match. If they do, then they accidentally sent you a DE. Otherwise, they sent you the wrong product.
