Local shops offer cheaper than US/UK prices. Plus during sale, most 1st party eshops will go down to 2500-2700, and good 3rd party can go as low as 100 bucks.

Once you get used to the portability and convenience, TV console gaming will get frustrating. Just pulling it out of your pocket or the dock, anytime, without any remote play hassles, and getting a killer battery is worth it IMO. Plus fantastic 1st party stuff.

2500-2700 is also way too much bro, I usually play and sell basically paying 100-400 max ??

1st party switch games can be bought and sold for cost.

You'll end up paying 100-200 per game.

The problem is, other than TLOU everything was a big Remake. Demon's Souls - completely remade from the ground up. Dead Space - Bringing it into the proper FHD/4k era. Shadow of the Colossus - The biggest project yet. Original was a 360p/540p SD PS2 game. They remade it from ground up and brought it with completely brand new graphics into the proper HD gen

TLOU - Game 2013, Remade into Full HD + 60 fps and all DLC in 2014 (already), and now a useless "Remaster" (can't call it a Remake) in 2022, the only difference being Haptics and 4k resolution (which was not needed).

So yup, TLOU Remake, just like UC Collection is a cash grab and a waste of time. It already had a remake. It doesn't need another (at least till PS6/PS7)

Regarding TLOU remake, some story elements may change and be made only in Druckman’s vision excluding the parts made by his former codirector Bradley. Who knows. In RE2 and RE3 remake, some parts are removed. In FFVII it is a remake and reboot. Same for Modern Warfare.

Jeff Ross and John Garvin are on Jaffe's stream. Jeff clarified his tweet a little. The way he seems to explain it, is that local management in Bend didn't want Days Gone 2. Apparently Bend management didn't even push the pitch to the higher levels of WWS to people like Hulst. Garvin and Ross also confirmed that Naughty Dog North support studio stuff from the Schreier article was over-exaggerated and wasn't that close to the truth. Apparently Bend sent team members to Sucker Punch to help on Ghost, and to Naughty Dog to help on projects. They said that this was standard practice in the industry. When a team is done with a project and doesn't have a lot of work on their hands, they get sent to other parts of the company to help. Ross and Garvin seem positive on Sony overall, especially when it came to creative freedom. Ross's main issue seems to be with management at Bend not pushing Days Gone. Just thought it's been pretty good context to the topic.

This has to be the most asinine news story I have followed. The guy doesn't know when to shut up. I get it Days gone was his baby and he thinks it deserved a better treatment by sony but he shouldn't be airing this out on twitter. Hideo Kojima keeps his trap shut about Konami, this guy should know better. Who will hire someone when they are publicly sh*t talking their previous company?
