I havent personally traded with him, but doesnt seem too bad considering official price is 59k. Can I login using Canada PSN ID in India over my PS4 console, download games and play (offline games) without any issues and/or breach of PSN policy? For instance, I have a Playstation US ID which I've been using for years now from India, no issues.
