Be mindful though - Customs Dept. is charging the highest possible amount (which in this case would be 28% or 35% including IGST I guess), due to Covid. I'm assuming this is either miscommunication or Sony is aware of the issues in Dualsense and doesn't want to take a hit on replacements because of Chalta hai attitude in India. The faceplates don't directly come into contact with the exhaust/intake vents though. They just prevent dust from directly entering the fan; however, they don't completely prevent it.
