There is a few secs delay between the unit entering the inventory (new stocks) and the website actually updating the add to cart button. During this time, it's possible for them to order and beat the public since the employees already know exactly when the inventory process will complete. By the time website updates, the payment goes through, that's why the notification comes but no stock. Atleast that's what he has heard. I mean, good luck to everyone looking for one.
