AnK Posted July 11, 2021 Report Share Posted July 11, 2021 An interesting(& informative) fact for all the misinformed ppl from a few pages back Supersampling Mode on PlayStation®4 Pro HDTV (resolution of 1080p or less) to enable Supersampling Mode. This mode improves image resolution when playing certain games. Sony,the makers of the game (in question) & the system that it runs on officially refers to 1080p as 2k So doesn’t really matter what everyone refers to the resolution in their own backyard (mostly display monitor industry for marketing purposes) Next time think twice before jumping into an argument between two knowledgeable ppl just for the shits & giggles Some even said 1440p has twice as many pixels as 1080p (hence 2K) which is also not correct but I didn’t point it out then cause of drama being unfolded Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
