I am currently playing Judgment PS5 version and loving it, the tailing missions are boring but other then that it is a brilliant game. The story is by far the best I have experienced in a game in a long time. Really looking forward to Lost Judgment. I just finished DMC5 SE and heard the combat of Scarlet Nexus is similar so I am 100% going to pick it up on a sale or when I am done with my backlog. This is a good year to finish up the back log :thumbsup:

Thank you for sharing a lot of details about upcoming Japanese games. I can see the excitement from your perspective. 

 

I generally don’t play Japanese games mainly because of their long playtime (I have my job and other priorities of course) and I prefer movies to games. 

 

since there are hardly any games coming from the west, I am trying out Tales for the first time.

I am playing PS4 version from PS Now and visually it still looks very impressive. 

Story is just brilliant. Got me on the hook immediately.

One thing I have observed this time. Since I am an (on and off) WoW player.This is the very first time I have seen, where a ton of people are talking about quitting WoW. This is on the official forums. The forums where you need a paid WoW subscription to even post, and is a den of WoW fanboys/fangirls. I've not seen this at all any time before. People have been disappointed with Blizzard for a very long time now. Their trust has pretty much eroded, especially since the quality has gone to sh*t since the past 8 years at least.

 

All the devs *named* in the lawsuit are Blizz devs. None are Activision. If nothing else, we might see Blizz getting shut down or Activision taking up all the lead roles and kicking out all the current Blizz heads. This is the minimum I think will happen. When the most loyal customers are moving on, and not even the employees are bothering to work, some changes will need to be done.

 

Also @dylanjosh what was the scandal at Ubisoft? And was it the post Metoo movement like, what Blizz's scandal is?

Thanks. Did it not blow up or get hushed up or something? Either this is the first I'm hearing about it or I completely forgot it. Blizz's news is all over the entire media every day. I don't remember Ubi's scandals getting such coverage.

And seems like the ACt/Bliz stuff is prompting people at Ubi to speak out again:

Looks like a true next gen game on the PS5 with amazing particle details inside buildings/rooms and outside the streets are vibrant and rich specially at night. The character models are some of the best I have seen in a game, heck some characters look like they are right out of a Jap live movie. The side missions are hilarious and a nice break from the serious main missions. 

 

This is an amazing year to catchup on the backlog and play the upgraded/patched PS5 versions of the games.

I was not gaming much from 2018-2020 but thanks to WFH I am gaming 3-4 hrs a day. :thumbsup:

True that. 

Before the pandemic, I had my PS4 boxed up as I was taking a break from gaming, waiting for TLOU2... 

 

But things changed so much that I upgraded my tv, got next gen at launch and been gaming everyday. :giggle:
 

Wonder what’ll happen when WFH ends..

same... used to only game on the weekends because I tired af after work.

 

But with WFH, I get to Play at least 2 hours a day.
