Even if they don't wanna do that, they could at least check your trophy list and give you access to NG+ and unlock all suits if you have the plat. Meh. It is what it is. Unrelated but a parallel quirk with the Xbox this gen, Witcher 3 base game + expansion save games don't work with the Witcher 3 GOTY edition.
