This happened right after my 3 years default warranty ended in April 2024, thankfully I had extended warranty by 2 years. But then the service experience was bad. 1) One person came to check the TV and said the panel needs to replaced, and returned after 4-5 days upon panel delivery completining. He alone came, so I had to help him physically handle the TV. 2) After 1.5 hours of work. turns out, the apparently "new" panel had more smudges and spots so again had to wait for another week for new panel delivery. New panel came with no defects and installed. The CX 55 is working fine but I worry what will happen in another 2 years (I guess 5-6 years is longest that you can expect these TVs to last nowadays) New development with my C2 42 that I use for work, PS5, streaming and pretty much everything: a small but noticeable black spot at the edge has appeared and the TV (bought in Dec 2022), I have extended warranty in this too. Maybe to you. Statues are boring, I like the possibility of figueres. Marvel Legends, MAFEX, Mezco are perfect for me cuz of size and details.
