Gta6 ka kya bola Cerny? Emphasis on performance means any game from any developer even without a release date(not even year in this case) will run at 60 fps? Or if it's like lower resolution, lower rt, shadows, less NPCs... etc etc but yayyy 60fps, then what's new?

It will definitely run at a better fidelity with a performance mode….that’s all we know right now.

Even if it is 1440p via PSSR at ~47+ fps it will be the cheapest & most stable option to play that game for next decade.

 

I doubt it will have a performance mode on current consoles….infact I doubt it will even run on SeriesS & M$ will just have to forcefully drop that potato by then.

If by hit after hit you mean Helldivers 2 (also on PC) or Astro bot, I already said GAAS dont interest me. Astro bot could be OK.

I personally need big/good single player exclusives to buy a console. Thats why I bought PS3, PS4 and PS5. But PS5 kinda sucked in that department after a couple of OK years. I dont mind PC releases either as they anyway happen like 2 years after PS5 release. But at least games toh ho koi. Post FF16 ekdam sukha pada hai with nothing much on Horizon. As of now, like I said, to me FF7 rebirth is the only reason for getting a PS5 pro. But ek game ke liye thode hi 70k kharch karunga. Even wikipedia PS5 exclusive entry has only 21 games, and most of them are VR or barely OK games.

Its your problem if you like 1 game out of 10 which are blockbusters. You can say mein hoon sabse alag but not blame Sony for not releasing games :)

Yup, this is like the posts from PCMR dudes. We spent more on building a machine and getting better frame rates/resolution...who could have thought thats possible? :rolleyes:

Wolverine and Cory's next(even though nothing is shown about the game) are the only day 1 games for me as of now, so have enough time to see what advantages Pro will have. Its not like Sony is giving nothing at all for the extra money and why would any company will sell its hardware at a loss to (entitled) gamers when there isnt any competition at all. So not sure what the fuss is about the pricing of Pro. Like it or not, Arrogant Sony is back. :P

Ohh, I thought its about something specific to Sony. Games are way more complex now + big budgets involved. How long do you think a game should be delayed so its bug free? 3 months? 6 months? ever?

Ignore the doom n gloom in gaming forums man. If gaming gives you happiness, I think there are still plenty of reasons to be happy as a gamer :) Good games are getting released at such a fast pace that its depressing trying to keep up :(

PS4pro was not sold at a loss either.

Neither was XBoneX….

 

Pro consoles,Controllers,Devices are for the elite & they will buy it!!

No matter the price….so companies never take a hit on these devices.

If it was true it would have been confirmed by leakers by now.

 

It’s not happening now….

 

It’s quite sad though as Sony definitely needs a big title to look forward to in 2025-2026.

 

It’s evident now that there is a deep void in development….
