See you cant blame Sony, lack of competition in market is the reason.. Why would Sony waste money on high quality first party exclusives when PS5 selling good regardless? All Sony needs to do is chill and let multiplatform games carry them. Its working really well and Sony making crazy amount of money with very little investment. And this gen is definitely much weaker in terms of exclusives coming from Sony first party. PS4 exclusives were amazing and they were coming at good pace. Now its mostly 3rd party timed exclusive which can be played on other platforms. ND game will most probably be cross gen PS6 game. Honestly exclusives are exclusives specially if it’s 1 year or more….. System sells on day1-day 365 exclusives…..& PS5 is doing just that. It’s selling on the back of it’s exclusives…. Competition hadn’t really ended up until lately….. That rigid & one sided mindset aside,Cross-Gen is the reality going forth…M$ is releasing COD as Cross-Gen even in Year 5.
