This is a nice industry in China btw. You file brands names ,logos, patents of products of global companies in your name, and when they release said products do court case, and then make big bux in out of court settlement. (image - https://imgur.com/EGjg3IB) Website - https://ipindiaonline.gov.in/tmrpublicsearch/frmmain.aspx wordmark - PS5 Class - 28 Edit: Looks like this guy also applied for Xbox Series X in February 2020 (link - https://imgur.com/q1gAuWu) But Microsoft didn't have a problem.
