In this polarized world, this is probably only way to look neutral, because truly neutral and unbiased isn't a possibility, neither it gets any favours. DF was one of the first bunchs to see XSS, when the embargo was lifted they told the unveil story. They could've crapped on HW as we expect them to. but they remained diplomatic....and that is not shilling, just playing safe, so they aren't removed from MS's VIP List.
