CarbonCore
PS5 outputs everything in HDR irrespective of game supports it or not. Its going to look really weird if it doesn't do some sort of auto-HDR trickery like Xbox.
hsk_colossus
I think Sony is on to something with the PS5! All BC games are locked 60fps! "PS4 Checkerboarding" and "PS5 power" is a great combo for smooth game play.Yup..am glad my digital purchases are safe [emoji3]Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

(This is presumably because Sony doesn’t want to confuse people who might expect that if they could move a PS5 game to an external drive, they’d also be able to play it off of that drive.) In fact, the PS5 doesn’t even let you copy PS5 save files to a USB drive; the only backup option is cloud storage, which is available exclusively for PlayStation Plus subscribers. Bruh.. can't believe this, WTF is wrong with Sony? Edited November 6, 2020 by speeddemon

PS5 is more powerful than XSX?????!! Watch after 10:00 Xsx is native 4k ,ps5 1440p Resolution is same as xbox one x and ps4 pro respectively for most games
CarbonCore
Hate how everything resets back to zero with every new-gen No themes No custom background No folders No external drive support for PS5 games Let the feature begging begin. 1

It wasn't a consistent experience. But with PS5, all is locked 60. So the choice is - XSX - Native high resolution but NOT a locked 60fps PS5 - Lower resolution/checkerboarding but LOCKED smooth 60fps

Still checkerboarding to achieve that 60 fps tho.

KnackChap
PS5 Tells You How Long You've Played Games--Including Previous PS4 Play Time Quote Among the many changes and improvements you'll find in the PlayStation 5's new user interface is an enhanced profile page. Perhaps most notably, this includes a list of your played games along with details on when you last played them and how many hours you've spent with each one. Quote What's most exciting is that these play times don't just start counting once you've gotten your new PS5 plugged in. Your profile also showcases the time you've spent playing on PS4, which means all those hours you sunk into Overwatch, The Witcher III, Rez Infinite, Destiny 2, or your game of choice will be represented here. Always knew PS4 internally counted your playtime, just never displayed it.
