If you are really passionate about something and it keeps you happy then it is not expensive since you can't put a price on happiness. But the same thing could be expensive for others. So no, music can't be learned via YT, unless you are already an expert, know what you are looking for and where you're going wrong.Same for most other stuff that come under "Arts".
