50 SX vs 0 PS5 officially in entire India of 1.3 billion. Big whoopee!! The stock allocation in the country - it really does not matter. Most probably, grey PS5 of 1 lakh and "official " SX both sold the same amount(Maybe PS5 even has a slight lead lol).

 

This is not how you do a launch. There's a term for this - Paper Launch or Launch in Name only. You cannot call SX launched here when buying it is equal to winning a lottery or getting a free give-away of Cyberpunk or something.

 

As far as reducing those 300 units (if you include the extra 30 countries) affecting US stocks - it's like taking out a drop of water has affected the water stock of the entire ocean.

Must be SS coz i asked  few Grey market people and they saying stock coming but not available right now.  Dude im constantly asking people about SX. I can't find SX at MRP right now even in grey market and im not paying more than 50k for it.

 

 

As far as US goes, maybe scalpers got some units and they selling it at high price but if you check official Go check Amazon US and all then its out of stock.

See from PR standpoint, its a L for MS but from business standpoint they good for now. Every unit they make is getting sold out and same goes for PS5. Real test will be after march and April when all launch hype gone and hardcore who really want to buy a next gen console will be done buying. After April people will decide based on what games console is offering. If MS dont release or announce more games then they will start having problems like last gen.

India imported Xbox series X is going at MRP. PS5 on the other hand is 2X. Same in the Middle East. No ones scalping a series X at exorbitant prices

Few people were asking 60k for it as stock was not available and that too without warranty. They bought it from Fliplark and few had imported units. I obviously said no plus new stock will come in few weeks. I will buy it warranty,  i always do

Demand is higher than supply for both. No matter how you look at it lol.  No console is easily available. 

 

You can bark all you want but that wont change the fact that most consoles in high demand as people really want atleast one next gen console.

Its not just popularity, PS5 is better in every way. Its a different scene altogether that Sony has absolutely no idea to manage launch and  supply (not talking of India). They have horribly f**ked the launch this gen.
