Ye alag issue hai. So even if they are not able to fulfill it on time and i want to cancel, they will charge 3%? That's ridiculous. Why should any business be left with unsold inventory just because a preorder customer found an alternative? Although something like next gen consoles will anywas sell out. But policy hai toh hai. But knowing GTS, at least for physical preorders they will not disappoint. The online orders could be a different story which is why I suggest check with them for anyone wanting to go that route.
