I have an embarrassing hoard of blu rays I started collecting from the PS3 days. Only 3 that really will fetch me “collector’s edition” money when I retire. I buy only sealed stuff. That's a new AAA game for 200 bucks. I have had a simillar experience for a lot of games . Also, pick up a game day one for 3499 and sell it after a week or so of completing it for around 2800- 2900 that's a brand new AAA game for around 500 bucks. Happens everywhere, the used games and rental scene in the US is huge my cozns and a friend who both are gamers do it all the time.
