The controller is solid but I don't trust the durability of adaptive triggers if they are constantly enabled. No you don't have to, its not like 50% of controllers are already gone or something.. Just use them but obviously don't bash them too hard.. Dual Sense is by far the best controller in PS area, the weight the overall feel is just perfect.
