Luckily I recorded the unboxing for the first time ever. The DS4 was astounding level of fakeness. One look and you knew it was fake. No 3.5mm jack, lightweight AF, no battery for sure, cheap plastic. The disc was wrapped in clingwrap so didn't even bother checking any further on that. I am looking for other wireless alternative. . I can think of JBL Quantum 600 and 800 (would love to have ANC however I can't justify spending 18k on headphone). I haven't seen any reviews which talks about its usage on PS5. Any idea how these headphone performs on PS ? Pretty much expected as its a battery hog. Having used the 600 since July i can they are absolutely great. And on sale atm on amazon. I think for gaming, ANC doesn't help much but actually kills the immersion a bit. After looking at many reviews and even the recommendations from the members here at IVG, JBL Quantum 600 are the best in the range. They are going for 11k on Amazon right now with 1100 off on SBI CC. I think that's a great deal and should be much better than Pulse. I don't think the "seamless" connection which Sony is advertising for Pulse is anything special. And over-all, JBL are just better.
