FK won;t cancel anything but the reason I am saying not to call them is CC doesn't has direct line or transparent information on what the 'seller' is doing so they will give you baseless information, and u keep calling them a lot they will ask u wait wait wait and then ask you to cancel it.. so be free from all that which us Xbox Series X owners have gone through.. quoting my experience here again.. I got a call from FK now asking to cancel, BC bol raha hai he cannot see my new ship and packed date which is changed to Jan 1st now (I still don't believe it but) seriously wtf they cant see their own systems. He is telling me Sir, abhi 26th dikha raha hai please cancel... I gave him PROPPERLY and asked him not to call anyone who have ordered this and tell such things because they are waiting from 50 f**king days 

 

Overall FK customer care is a joke, they just have no visibility over what is seller actually doing..

Yeah, there is, but does that also stop activities like trophies etc from appearing in the feed.

A power surge did kill my (expensive) graphics card in 2015. Nothing apart from that, though power outages are common in my area of Pune.

A lightning strike killed my OG Xbox ,along with my WiFi router. 

But I believe the surge passed through the ethernet cable, coz no other devices at home were affected. 

After that, I stopped using ethernet cables connections for consoles.

won't happen until delivery is done typically, you will get the paper invoice and online will be available after that..

10+ years of PS3/4 usage and never had an issue. Power outages are rare in Gujarat besides scheduled maintenance so nope
