They didn't even mail me about this. The new place was 25km away. Called the owner to confirm and he asked me to come at 8pm to collect it. Drove there and got the console and left in 10mins. Still intend to pursue Sony and demand an apology. Rishi and @HundredProofSam have been super helpful. As per Rishi, this mail and other complaints resulted in Sony initiating an audit on PS5 preorders and sales. Every second day these bastards take a holiday it seems. Today was the date it should've been delivered, yet hardly any movement on the package. And its till shows edd of 4th Feb when I am tracking my order.From rishi's article on ign, it appears many others have had their parcels moving about the city without being delivered. And there is no way to contact or escalate things with these delivery companies. Really frustrating.
