I hope Nadella brings someone competent to run Xbox division, someone like shitface Peter Moore. Dude might have killed Sega, but he used its corpse to build Xbox and beat Nintendo on first try, and almost beat Sony on second try. It's more like making games exclusive to XSX is a risk to muh revenue streams, so make everything 2013 VCR 900p output compatible. As it is most games till 2021 end will be multi plat, so they don't have to do anything there apart from dressing it up in WeRE InCLuSiVE spin. TLDR ms has given up on the normal console generation paradigm, and are focusing on getting revenue from existing install base, and increasing the install-base further with minimal investment( like GP on PC, Halols on Steam, etc ).
