there should be a major exclusive releasing every year.. some thing which would actually make others stand up and notice..
thats what 360 had with gears of war sadly xbox one gen had nothing like that going for it..
and about ms putting out new titles and cancel the narrative situation shouldnt even exist in first place when they  are releasing a 5th iteration of their hardware...

Here's another one.

I don't know how many will do this to their console intentionally. But units failing in launch is nothing new, its still an extremely small number considering the number of consoles sold. A reviewer got his PS5 bricked too. This happened back in PS4/XB1 launch time as well.
