Hey guys, I (and others) have been getting a lot of complaints regarding some of the discussions in the PS5 and XSX threads. Specifically, the name calling and personal comments are getting out of hand, and it turns a lot of people away from being more active in these threads. There are some members who have made a habit of derailing these two threads and we won't allow that going forward. So please use this post as a general warning to everyone.   Many of us will soon have an Xbox Ser

It was too expensive for a mid gen refresh . Did think of picking a used one for cheap this year but decided to go with a series X at the start of next gen. Will get a ps5 once it becomes available.

Get Mentors and Hidden ones Armor early. Both amazing.  These armors pieces will take you to Jorvik and Lunden.

Yeah, 30% less time is a little win. Then they complain that people are calling them Xbox shill. :rofl:

 

DF  is mild in praise, milder in criticism.

I think they are aight. They don't need to shill like some random youtuber because they get access/goodies from both sides.

Honestly its not like the game will penalize you with with 30% lower health if it takes 30% longer to load :lol:

 

Next we'll have trophies and achievements tied to load times

Too risky. 55k with only 7 days warranty and how to handle warranty if console is not working? Too much hassle to send to hgworld. Better wait for official units to come in stock.

They have reduced shadow quality and the LOD popin is much more agressive but all that is offset by rock steady 60 fps. I hope all next gen games give option of 60 fps. The CPU in next gen consoles is good enough to pull of 60 fps.

 

 

At 2:23 in above video, you can see series s fps analysis. Pretty solid.

Which begs the question; why isn't Watch Doge Legion targeting 60 frames on the Series X and PS5? This generation should at least attempt to cater to a 1080p 60fps performance mode and then probably work their way up depending on how much the hardware can realistically allow.

I think they will come up with 60 fps mode. Covid has f**ked up next gen plans. They first focused on last gen with 30 fps and maybe now working on current gen.
