Launch window of Xbox one was ok but they fell behind after that. Xbox series sold higher than Xbox one at launch.

Initial ( play games at 4k 120/Gamepass) hysteria shall die out soon. It remains to be seen how (well?) XSX/XSS does/sells post that.

 

PS:- xcloud with a good internet connection might make the system redundant. (unpopular opinion)

I bought all my consoles from him. He worked for Next world but now he has contacts various local dealers. If i get it then i will tell him to contact u.

I don't want to  promise anything. There's no confirmed sources. It just one guy saying. So i will wait and let u all know. There is no guarantee that stock will be there.

One of my friends preordered on 12th when Amazon went live at midnight. His ETA is jan 2nd. He’s escalated the matter very high up the ladder and so far the answer has been they’ve not heard back from MS on next shipment. So the Jan 2nd date is just an automated estimate the system foresees. Could get worse or if a miracle happens, Amazon manages to persuade MS to send some stocks to honour preorders. I personally believe MS would not want to upset a partner of the scale of Amazon so still hopeful people get their joy by the end of the year. But knowing how bad this year has been, hope is a bad thing to count on.

Same. Local retailers have now plainly told me they have no idea when series x officially will be in stock. Earlier they were hopeful of 20 then 25 Nov.

Unofficially word was out on 12th itself that physical retail might not see more stocks coming in at least in 2020. Only online going forward. So basically MS just handed token units in wave 1 to be counted as “We promised, and We Delivered” even in markets like India.
