I also battle the urge to build a PC many a times but the huge upfront cost of a good enough PC always dissuades me, not to mention the hassle of assembly (assembly may be easy but I am too lazy to do it). Console - plug in 2 cords and you are done.

Other thing is a lot of these consoles were lying in scalper's basement probably some are still lying there. Not everyone will spend $800-$1000 on a console.

India not big market for Xbox. Same goes for PS.

 

Atleast India got SX officially but Sony gave you all middle finger and dumped entire stock in NA to win NPD.lol
