Hang on guys, Last leg of waiting but agree the waiting period has been real test of patience and resilience 

 

But seriously man FK needs to teach basic common sense to its CS, I got a call now asking to cancel the order when it has already reached Mother Hub just before the nearest hub, asked them why are you asking me to cancel now when I will get it by tomorrow, motharma is like Sir, aapko 26th (original promised date) pe nahi mila so please cancel and order again.
 

I think this is exactly what @Jigsaw said goes back to their internal SLAs.. I went further and taught them some exceptional customer service lessons to study the entire order, the 50 days waiting time, think customer feelings etc. I could hear keyboard typing noise in the background, good if she actually took any tips.

Bhai pls. Now don’t ungli with them. Especially when it is so close to being in your hands :D

 

Dont give them any chance to get offended and cancel your unit citing abusive or aggressive customer. Just be polite and say it’s for your kiddo who had his birthday on 12/27 and he’s very very sad.

Oh I am not cancelling my order.

 

I have been supporting the India national cricket team since late 90s and Liverpool FC since early 00s. I am used to disappointments.

 

Plus already got the renewable battery for XSX controller and orderd another XSX controller yesterday.
