keep one for me guaranteed as well? :P

Milega toh zrur.

Also my friend at Flipkart tells me that they are expecting more quantities than they got for XSX, so I assume that to be the case for Amazon as well. If that turns out to be true, I don't think it would be hard to get one online if one starts punching F5 before 12pm.

But how much more because if its even 2x the XSX quantities it will be low , because demand is high.

I bought the regular eneloop rechargeables on @Jigsaw recommendation and even those in the XSX controller have some dark magic going on. They last for approx 30-35 hours playtime.

What charger did you eventually get bro?

The Fast one CC-17 or the old skool slow one CC-55?

Reason I ask is because I’ve noticed my batteries are showing a red led on the charger. About 1.5 years old, so the fast charging and resultant heat is probably starting to take a toll. Will switch back to the slow one to observe if the same thing happens.

CC-55 is the fast one... CC-17 slow. Kal raat ki utri nahi  :fear1:

Lol, even I recently bought C55 recommend by aditi with eneloop regular which on paper claims it has way more recharge cycles than eneloop pro. Let's see if it delivers.

regular eneloops are meant for low power draw devices like mice, remotes etc.

For controllers I prefer the Pros.

Charge cycles are different. But you’ll probably get tired and buy new ones before getting close to the advertised cycles anyways :P

Eneloop Pros are definitely the best. Wayyy better than the play & charge kit that’s not only overpriced but also shorter runtime.

Play and charge kit mil raha hai kya Xbox Series wali or the old one only works for this ?

I was using an Energizer Xbox One for the old controllers, the battery still fits but I can’t close the back door on the new Series controller

The battery life is good, stays upto 20 hours of use. I think you're right. Will probably end up buying new ones after long uses.

I have Sony CycleEnergy bought for Wii controllers. Nintendo Wii died a couple of months backs, so using the batteries for XSX controller....gets me around 15hrs of gameplay

Also ordered USB to type C sync cable (2.7mtrs), just as a backup...if batteries give up or I forget to charge. Down the line, planning to by eneloop.
