which bank's card is known to work on it? I tried Kotak and it didnt (even though I have the international transactions enabled)

ok. tried this but no dice. Paypal required phone number while account opening and since I entered Indian number, it created teh account as Indian account. Then when I tried to use PP on BB, it refused stating that the PP should be US based account only. 

 

How is this so restricted?!!! 

 

I tried to buy the card from Amazon.com where I know my card had worked on some other US based purchases, but there the cards dont move to checkout after being added to cart. Keeps showing "Not available any more" when I try to checkout.
