Like it or not….Xbox is just a blip now in comparison to the vast ocean that is Playstation!!

 

 

Im talking about gamepass in general. Doesn't matter xbox or pc. Those screenshots only shows console figures not PC. Those rating score doesn't mean much, not everyone rates the game on store.

 

 

And its not surprising more players playing on PS, PS5 has bigger install base and PS5 only gamers like you will obviously have to buy the game. If game was on Plus then everyone would have played it via Plus and you also know that.

All i want to say that Gamepass is great value for money whether on PC, Cloud or Xbox. You bash it coz you cant use it. If PS players gets option to get game via Plus dayone or buy for 70$ then i can bet 90% will go Plus route.

 

 

Xbox hardware definitely not needed but gamepass is huge value for money especially in country like India where games really expensive and only a pony will say otherwise.

Gamepass is definitely a good value, as long as you have time to finish a lot of games. For someone like me who finishes 1 game in 1-2 months, doesn't make much sense to renew it.

Each to his own basically….GamePass wasn’t as magical as hyped & didn’t really change the landscape of Xbox Sales!!

Neither will it in future.

 

If you own a PC then obviously it’s a no brainer to subscribe.

But spending money ranging from 65k & upwards(PC) specially for GamePass never made sense to me!!

 

For that amount of money I can play an astonishing amount of games at my own will!!!

No need to miss out on Games skipping Xbox either!!

Nobody cares about changing landscape or how much money MS making. Nobody cares about corporation profits. 

 

 

Most of us and many more millions use gamepass coz its a good value of money service where i can play good quality games without spending 7000Rs or 70$, its especially good for people living in 3rd world country where gaming is extremely expensive.

 

I can play dayone at launch without waiting on courier guy to deliver physical copy after 2 weeks then sell it at loss at later date just to brag about it like a retard 😀 

 

 

 

 

Im all digital dayone and at 3000Rs/ year i can play dozens of good games if i want and if i dont like a game then i delete it and move on to next game.

Every game is available Day1 on Disc.

 

I purposely chose the cheaper delayed shipping (5 days not 2 weeks) coz I was busy in festivities & functions as I mentioned in post you quoted.

You just spinning things as usual!!

The whole conversation started with PS5 vs XBSX value.

 

You have spun it in numerous different directions coz you know Xbox consoles have totally lost it’s value now!!

Waiting months to track that at 55k & then spend another 10k for few years of GamePass & then play only what’s on the menu whether you like it or not…was never a good deal!!

Anyway,  enjoy your disc games and sell it at loss. You do what you like, nobody cares. People who has gamepass will continue to use it as long as good games like DOOM, Gears, Forza and Indy Jones are coming to service :).

Yeah, I wouldn't buy Xbox for it. But as a PC gamer, I can see PC gamespass being especially valuable for those who game a lot.

A service like GamePass…specially from 2019 to 2024 is a no brainer for PC ultra fidelity enthusiasts…

 

It’s like saying no to EpicGameStore freebies & Steam Discounts (of the past).

 

Too good to be passed!!

 

But Buying a whole system with same specs for it along with PS5(cos that is evidently a must)…..not a good idea!!!

I’m glad I didn’t!!!

 

I will play every single game only at a fraction of 65k for the entire generation & I would do it on my terms!!

Yeah, I didn't buy a pc for that but i did buy it pretty soon using the glitch for 2.5 years. Its another thing that I have hardly finished more than 5-6 games from it in that 2.5 years period. Hence, haven't renewed it now.

There was no glitch. It was allowed by MS, it was part of one dollar conversion deal. Phill also confirmed it in an interview. 

 

Conversion programme still exist. It just Conversion ratio is 2:1 now i think for core to ultimate (exact details on website) and you cant get 1 $ deal anymore.

 

Now You get 2 years of core/gold for 4000Rs and then get 1 month of Ultimate for 800Rs you get 2 years of ultimate again.

 

But since you cant play many games, there's no reason to renew it. Waste of money.

Wasn’t the conversion turned to 3:1 recently!?!

Also without those deals GamePass would have been DOA.

No one would have paid $15 a month & now $20.

 

Soon it will be 4:1 & then will be shut entirely or maybe available for Xcloud Only.

You live in alternate reality. I will play them on gamepass at no additional cost. I dont care about hardware, i just care about playing games for free via my subscription service. Its time you get this in your thick head. My Xbox and PC are nothing but Gamepass machines now. Moment Gamepass service ends, iam out of MS ecosystem permanently.

 

 

All those banger AAA Xbox games you mentioned that every pony out there is dying to play on PS5 cost 70$ each. I can play all when they out at no additional cost and dont forget EA play part of it as well and you get discount on Ubisoft plus as well. Its not just gamepass, i used EA pro to finish Dragon Age and will get Ubisoft plus for AC Shadows. Iam not paying for 70$ if i can play under subscription. 

 

 

Only subscription i find utter useless is psn plus.
