But judge has given a ruling in the case and Epic and that shitbag Tim Sweeny have almost got their way through. Yet, they are the biggest losers in this whole game. - Epic must pay 30% of whatever they made from sales via their backdoor payment gateway - Apple is within its rights to keep Epic and its all affiliates out of the Appstore - After 90 days, once the ruling kicks in, Apple must allow US based developers to usr their own payment gateways to accept payments from US players - Epic will not able to recuperate the lawsuit cost from settlement, Apple's action have been consistent with Store policy US accounts for 30% of revenues and this is going to have heavy beating as even European court will cite this judgement. The biggest mobile publishers like Playrix, Zynga, Jamcity, Wooga, Gameloft etc are tight-lipped but I can sense that they will still stick to Apple's payment system, for the simple reason that it is frictionless and they need to bother about taxes all over the world. I think Epic's tiny win will only help small developers, who already get benifited from Apple's reduced fee programme. I think epic got exactly what they wanted… I mean they started the whole fight because of alternate payment gateway Edited September 12, 2021 by hsk_colossus

Developers can sit in Bhiwandi and make money from games from players in Miami, London, Sydney and Singapore. Without worrying nothing about local taxes, payment modes....Stripe or even Paypal are way behind in that area.

roun90
This is very interesting. For everyone. If it's true, it will blow everyone's minds away. @playstationdude This will more than make up for the missing FF7 Remake Part 2/FF16 missing from SE (If true), There has been a Geforce Now Database Leak. According to the leak, the following titles are being worked on and will come to PC and GeForce Now - Square Enix: Chrono Cross Remaster Final Fantasy Tactics remaster Final Fantasy IX Remake (possibly just a reference to the recent remaster) Tomb Raider Anniversary Kingdom Hearts IV Capcom: Resident Evil 4 Remake (previously rumoured) Street Fighter 6 Dragons Dogma 2 (previously rumoured) Monster Hunter 6 Take-Two: GTA 3, Vice City and San Andreas Remasters (previously rumoured) Bioshock RTX remaster Bioshock 2022 EA: Mirrors Edge RTX Remaster Untitled Respawn Game Titanfall 3 Bandai Namco: Tekken 8 Curve Digital: Human Fall Flat 2 Devolver Digital: The Talos Principle 2 Crytek: Crysis 4 D3 Publisher Inc: Earth Defence Force 6 Sega: Bayonetta 3 Judgement Atlus: Catherine Full Body Shin Megami Tensei V WB: Batman: Arkham Knight RTX Remaster Valve: Half-Life 2 Remastered Paradox: Project FPS This all could just be a tease. But the interesting thing is - Nvidia has publicly acknowledged the list, but they are just deflecting, claiming it is a list used in "Internal Tracking and Testing". What do you guys think? Any hope that the list will come true (And would you want it to)? dylanjosh
Take that list with a large dump of salt. There are way too many unannounced games on that list.

Guest
Quote The purpose of that meeting was to reinforce the need to enforce restrictions, and also to lay out other content guidelines: Games with a "wrong set of values," including "gay love," are to be avoided, according to the report, and the companies were also instructed to ease up on monetization and profit-focused game mechanics. "The authorities ordered the enterprises and platforms to tighten examination of the contents of their games," a separate report on english.gov.cn, the official English-language website of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China, said. "Obscene and violent content and those breeding unhealthy tendencies, such as money-worship and effeminacy, should be removed." That report also called for potential monopolies to be resisted, avoidance of game designs that induce addiction, for new restrictions on ads "involving celebrity endorsement," and for new rules related to livestreaming. Seems like a good move.
