Insomniac do some black magic that you cant really notice the difference between performance RT and the Fidelity mode unless you pause the game and look for it in textures or getting close to tv. Based on how fast the gameplay is and you would not really notice anything 90% of the time and that 10% loss is worth the 60 fps gain. I played 2-3 hours on Fidelity and was adamant on playing only in that mode but tried Performance RT and now the Fidelity feels jarring.
