If the game does time zone unlocking, it'll unlock at local midnight. Otherwise it'll unlock for everyone at NZ midnight. Pre-ordered on the Indian Store, and played on the Indian ID. However, Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom had unlocked at 9:30 AM IST since it was pre-ordered on the US store (played it on the Indian ID). I guess the out of the 3 preorders I’ve done so far on the PS5, Returnal and Village both didn’t have time zone unlocking hence unlocked for me on the Indian account at 530pm IST (like CC mentioned above) Lets see what RnC does.
