Actually in India most people has a prejudice of 'cartoony' games are being inferior than 'realistic games'. Thus most stylized games don't get much popularity here. This is literally the only true next gen game available in the market at all. There are no other games on any system whatsoever that can be called "True Next Gen". Plus, it has glowing reviews and far too much hype. There is also no "Realistic" alternative. Chances are this will be the very first Ratchet for a lot of gamers (Including me).
