I thought this was some cheap indie game with good pixar like animation but I just looked at the gameplay and whoa :O this is a proper action adventure game, last time I played a game like this was Pitfall on PS2. This seems like it is similar and gameplay is looking solid.

Now, whether to buy it off some recent sale for PS4 or wait till I get PS5 to experience better graphics. Hmmmm....

I wonder what will I miss in PS4 version, is there any comparison video.

Mostly 60 FPS vs 30fps

that’s the only major worthwhile difference

Emberlab is schooling other indie Dev's on making an engaging epic. Just imagine if they had a aaa level budget....

Tbh lots of indie devs put out competent releases nowadays. Eastward just came out and its a 30hrs Zelda-like action-RPG that feels like made by big studio. F.I.S.T. is one of the best metroidvanias of recent years. Kena just has more visibility because of incredible graphics and being exclusive to one console.

Seriously didn’t expect this game to have Fidelity and Performance mode  I know it looks pretty but should have pushed this one to Native 4K

1800p average at 60fps

not too bad if you ask me

Sony is personally marketing both Deathloop & Kena so obvious they have much more visibility

Yeah completely forgot about eastward and fist. Both are epic indies.

But this looks like a proper AA release. The gameplay feels like those adventure games from the ps2 era, with the ps5 skin applied (for graphics).

Marketing is done by Ember themselves, Sony only showed it once in PS5 showcase. They didn't even help with distribution of review codes.

Doesn't work thru steam?

Or do you mean the haptics and all?

The DualSense controller not supporting the game.

I tried overriding the game through steam (even though its EPIC Games), still DualSense doesn't work. Xbox controller works flawlessly.

Weird because in game you have option to change controller layout, and there, you can see Xbox one, PS4 and PS5 dualsense layout for Controller.
