See if this works for you - From Source: Guerrilla are investigating the issue but you may be able to sort the problem out yourself 1) On your PS5 menu, highlight Horizon Forbidden West. 2) Press the Options button on the DualSense controller. 3) Go to “Manage Game Content” 4) From here you should be able to see you have the DLC and there is an icon which you can click to start the download. That does seem to work for some people, unfortunately not for me, at least not at first, I was stuck in a limbo where the game management screen shows that it’s installed but I can’t delete it or redownload it, and the game still says it’s not installed. However, in the 10 minutes or so while I have been typing this my PS5 has just notified me that the pack is now installed and I can confirm it now works! Woohoo! It included god-send features like picking things up without an animation (freakin' finally), among other things. In terms of the DLC, even I faced the same issue that some of the guys faced here at midnight. Finally, a little after 2:00 AM, the PS Store page of the DLC "corrected" itself and I got the 'Download' button on it. Then, I downloaded the ~16GB file and then played it until about 5:00 AM. For anyone wondering, here's the first 20 minutes of the game, which sets-up the over-arching story of the DLC very well. Not much gameplay action happening in it, though. Also, a weird bug... I literally just came across only 2 side-quests (the ones with the green exclamation marks) throughout the 10-odd hours. I didn't use fast travel at all and flew on my mount in the hopes that there might be quests that I might run into, but nope. Personally, I'm okay with that, because then the main story gets a good amount of focus, which is pretty decent'ish overall. But, I can totally imagine some people having a meltdown over the lack of side-quests. In terms of the main story, I would've liked a little more emphasis on Nemesis, though (I promise, that wasn't a word-play). The final boss battle is ace! The scale is mind-numbingly epic. Also, hands-down the best looking game out there. Visual fidelity at its finest. Nothing comes close. Not even GoW: R. I played in Favour Resolution mode and utilised all of those self-emitting pixels on my OLED to the maximum. What a treat! The other "supposed" boss battles are kinda underwhelming, though. But the last boss battle more than makes up for it with its scale.
