Yes after multiple play through & 4 years they suddenly realised that it’s worth calling “sh*t” & “mediocre”  

 

After so much time spent any game will lose charm let alone huge Open World games 

 

Though I agree, in counter defence calling it “best thing ever” is also pointless

It is a 6-7/10 game with a PS logo slapped on for a 9/10 rating. One of the most overrated overhyped game. 

 

Comparing to Witcher 3 and RDR2..yikes.

HZD is a very enjoyable game, but the open world formula is pretty much the same as other games. The story is nothing groundbreaking IMO.

 

Having said that I didn't enjoy Witcher 3 much either.

I'll chip in too, freaking loved HZD, only gripe was the side missions got repetitive but thankfully main story was incredible and I'm a sucker for sci-fi any day.

Haven't played RDR2 yet, but thought RDR1 was overrated, 'had to push myself to finish it' level boring. Its expansion Undead Nightmare was fun.

Increased it to one month after he posted from alt id despite warning. 

 

As per our rules multiple accounts = permanent ban. Some people should be thankful we tend to overlook such stuff regularly.

This was an interesting turn of events. Either ways. I never said HZD story and characters were better than rdr2 and tw3 story and characters. I literally agreed that rdr2 and tw3 were superior by a short margin in both aspects. I said HZD was a better game because every other thing was leaps and bounds ahead of rdr2 and tw3 and the story was also not as good as the other 2, but gr8. Also how did story become the whole deciding factor on game comparison? If the story is soo important, read a book. While comparing rdr2 or tw3 to any other game, only the story is ever considered, the rest of the stuff in the game however good or bad (mostly bad) is overlooked. And I'm a gamer and 16 yrs old. How much do u rlly think I give a crap about a game that has gr8 emotional stuff and nothing else coupled with entire ridiculously boring quests where in some I have to milk a frickin cow vs HZD where you have the main protagonist hunting machines while trying to find her mother and then finds that the only person it could have been died 400 yes ago and then finds how the world died and saves it from dying again exactly the same way.

PS : that one line was directed at the quest, not the cow.

 

I think I now finally made my point.
