Anyone know if the vaccine will be available for those without a voter card? 

I never bothered getting one. Missed the December enrollment window as well due to someone else's incompetence.

When did Voter Card became a requirement?

Heard some bakchodi about registered voters and elderly getting first preference.

Yeah, should be ok..more than workforce I am concerned about traveling part...for weekly up down will be using Shivneri bus service and auto rickshaw for daily commute.

Also. 40-50% workforce doesn't mean one is safe in a closed environment. Not to mention the travel part.

Obviously not. But there are different connotations for "random people" and "only specific segment of people".

 

One says the vaccine is unsafe for the entire populace, and the other says it is unsafe for (and probably shouldn't be administered to) elderly people.

6 more people have died since that article came out and the age limit is now at 75 and above from previous estimate of 80 and above.
