She was optimistic about Delhi flattening the curve in July, and since then cases have increased manifold. The graph has not taken into consideration the number of tests conducted. As if some astrological planetary position has suddenly started killing the virus inside patients. It is easy to make such graphs just to get some attention and feel important on Twitter.
