Spoke to a business partner today, he got infected in Mid-September and took close to a month to recover, after spending one full week on Oxygen support.

He is working on a tech which is revolutionary and help mankind.

Now, I am just gonna speak about what he told me because it touched me deeply.

When he was on Oxygen support, he felt he will die off, he had thoughts that made him think about his purpose of life.

He thought that I’m sucking oxygen from these cylinders for a week now but I never ever planted a tree or even watered a tree.

And if he dies, no one would outside his family and friends would remember him.

Seeing that he has got second life, he has decided to give out his tech for free.
I can’t speak about it but Yes, it will be revolutionary and he said it will be my gift to India, to help it become 5T economy and to everyone who wants to bring change.

He could do better by selling that tech and use the proceeds to do better.

Bill gates and Warren buffet are doing what they do best and using that money to eradicate polio and what not in this world.

He doesn’t need money.
He is probably one of the top 25 richest people in Bangalore.

Giving this tech free will do more good for mankind than selling it to the highest bidder who will simply privatise the profits.

Is he related to Akshayakalpa? You don't have to tell me the name or any hint. But I heard about the owner of Akshayakalpa who is a very generous person.

Finally, my 15 day Home Quarantine ends today. I had COVID in July but Mom tested +ve on the 18th of October so I was advised home isolation for 2 weeks.

Doesn't mean however I will pop out of home without reason, lots of work at home with helping Mom out as she recovers after her stay at the Nursing Home.

With 3 countries in Europe going into 2nd lockdown by closing all non essential services, what will India do? We can't afford a 2nd proper lockdown. Will it be status quo?

Definitely not until the festive season is over. Then maybe.

No i dont think we can survive a 2nd lockdown. Our economy is still not recovering completely from the first one.

I think we also need to look at people's jobs and livelihoods in addition to corona. Cant just give up one for the other completely.

UK, France and Germany have gone on complete lockdown. Only essential services, schools and some elite sports are working. Our only hope is to control corona and not let it spread again. Else it will be disastrous.

UK, France and Germay have the luxury of govt bailouts. We will have people losing out jobs by tens of thousands if we go into lockdown. Those who are lucky to have wfh should definitely stay home by choice but not everyone can do that. Biggest employment is contract sector and unorganised secotrs, none of which have wfh option.

Totally get that. It's a catch22 situation and there's no right answer afaics.

On another note. Visited the supermarket for my weekly shopping, and a couple walks in. Guy with a mask, woman without. Immediately one of the attendants who was stocking the shelves walks up and tells her to wear a mask. Woman says she does not have a mask and she'll only be here for a few minutes. The attendant insists she either wear a mask or leave and let her hubby/bf finish the shopping. The guy starts giving her a earful. I f**king lost it. I told him to take his business and get the f**k out. f**ker says and people wonder why tourism in Goa is so dead. I told him to take his tourist a*s straight back to the f**king airport and fly the f**k out of Goa. By this time the owner walks up (old classmate) and tells them to leave and not come back unless they have a mask.

Bc yes Goa relies on tourism, but we're not immune to diseases.

This is the problem I have. Slight relaxing of rules as these idiots think it's all ok, let's party.
