On another note. Visited the supermarket for my weekly shopping, and a couple walks in. Guy with a mask, woman without. Immediately one of the attendants who was stocking the shelves walks up and tells her to wear a mask. Woman says she does not have a mask and she'll only be here for a few minutes. The attendant insists she either wear a mask or leave and let her hubby/bf finish the shopping. The guy starts giving her a earful. I f**king lost it. I told him to take his business and get the f**k out. f**ker says and people wonder why tourism in Goa is so dead. I told him to take his tourist a*s straight back to the f**king airport and fly the f**k out of Goa. By this time the owner walks up (old classmate) and tells them to leave and not come back unless they have a mask. Bc yes Goa relies on tourism, but we're not immune to diseases. This is the problem I have. Slight relaxing of rules as these idiots think it's all ok, let's party. Lol what morons. If you lost the mask then stay out or buy a new one from the store. Walker
27 Days in Tokyo Bay: What Happened on the Diamond Princess The cruise ship captivated the world as it docked in Yokohama, harboring Covid-19—and 3,711 people who became subjects in a life-and-death quarantine experiment. https://www.wired.com/story/diamond-princess-coronavirus-covid-19-tokyo-bay/ Early on I was following the Diamond Princess story, but then sh*t got real and I stopped following it. Still makes for a good read looking back.

They packed some 4 tablets for my friend and I with our take away order still got it in my car as it has ashwagandha. Left it just in case I need something for anxiety. cyberpunk
Cabin fever got me real bad so I've been going for walks or running in the park, obviously wearing a N95 mask and maintaining more than enough distance. I've noticed no one even wears a mask anymore and social distancing is almost non existent. People are crowding shops and food stalls like earlier. Back in July-August at least they were serious. Our society's guard is not even wearing a mask and someone had a fight with him due to that. Do people really think the pandemic is over? HEALTHLINE did a great article on it, I think they did a few. It will be something that US patent mafia will be try to appropriate when they have cracked the entire code. I was having trouble taking anti inflammatory medicines to treat swelling in my knee. Switched to organic india haldi tablets. Even with a low dose my condition is in check and I no longer rely on nsaids for treatment ateast for now.

We make kadha - ginger, pepper, turmeric and some other spices (mom makes it) - slightly roasted and made into powder. A pinch of it boiled with cup of water twice a day is a potent immune booster and decreases inflammation. The quantity is higher than what these tablets provide (which don't have a well studied rationale tbh). Also try dried methi + ajwain (mildly roasted and grinded) and flax seeds. Work wonders. Ah well. I tried doing all that. But the capsule seems to be working so I stuck to it. Airthritis is literally a pain to have. I also started after I read a NCBI clinical study on turmeric. Apparently grape compound resveratrol + curcumin (turmeric) is as good as any Nsaid.

You can try try Ayurvedic-home remedy, its a sureshot cure for knee/joints or any muscular pain. Home made lotion of Gwarpatha (desi variety of Aloe Vera) heated up and mixed with Haldi
